  • If you are not satisfied with the services provided by Hosting Türkiye, you can cancel your service within 1 day from your customer panel and request a refund.

  • The refund guarantee is valid only for web hosting and reseller hosting services.

  • Refunds and cancellations are not applicable for the following services:

    • Domain name

    • Virtual Server (VPS)

    • License

    • Software

    • Physical Server

    • Server Hosting

  • Services purchased under these categories cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be provided.

  • Refund requests for web hosting and reseller hosting will be processed within 3 business days and the amount will be returned to the account or card used for payment.
